STRATEGIC PLAN V (2023-2027)
SRD formulates its Strategic Plan V in the context of accomplishment of its Strategic Plan IV (2018 - 2022). As a prominent organization, over last 5 years, SRD has continued to execute over 30 diverse projects, earning good feedback from local authorities and the ministry agencies. SRD has a firm organizational structure, supported by a skilled team of staff. This team includes both seniors and energetic, dedicated younger staff members, each of whom has undergone training in their respective fields. Currently, 80% of the 25 SRD officers have over five years of experience, and 100% possess a doctoral, master's, and university degree. They bring varied skills, knowledge, and methodologies.
