OUR TEAM

SRD staff are highly experienced, with a depth of understanding in the fields of agriculture, climate change, forest governance, economics, sociology, psychology, gender, and public health. Alongside our full-time staff, SRD hosts several international volunteers and local interns. These team members create a diverse working environment, bringing a fresh perspective from their home countries to SRD’s existing operations.

All of SRD’s staff are deeply committed to development work, highly sensitive to poverty-related issues, well-versed in community-based approaches, and experienced in implementing climate change-related projects.
