From 3 to 5 November 2022, SRD organised mentoring for Volunteers (TNVs) in Mai Chau district, Hoa Binh province. This activity is designed to both improve the working skills of the volunteers but also an opportunity for the volunteers to discover and understand the culture and way of life of the Vietnamese people.

Five people in the team went to Mai Chau district, consisting of two volunteers and three SRD members- one director of SRD, one program manager, and one research manager. The volunteers and SRD staff had an exchange and shared about the results of coffee research conducted in Thuan Chau district. The two volunteers received genuine and insightful feedback to continue to improve the results of the research activity as well as the way to gather more necessary information. Besides, the volunteers also had experiences to better understand the culture and traditional beauties of the ethnic groups in Vietnam.
