According to the SRD operation regulations, in the last week of every month, a monthly meeting is held. FV volunteers are invited to attend monthly meetings with officials and staffs of the Center. At meetings, volunteers can participate in reviewing and evaluating monthly performance of all programs and projects that SRD is implementing and planning activities for next month. In addition, the performance results of the volunteers are also reviewed and evaluated in order to promote their achievements, overcome the shortcomings as well as find solutions to solve obstacles and difficulties that the volunteers may encounter. SRD leaders highly appreciated the contributions of volunteers as well as active participation in the meetings.
