PROGRAM OFFICER (HUE)

The Centre for Sustainable Rural Development (SRD) is a Vietnamese Science and Technology Organization under VUSTA, committed to strengthening the capacity of vulnerable communities in rural and mountainous areas to adapt to environmental changes and sustainably manage their livelihood systems in an equitable and compassionate society.

Founded in 2006, SRD has conducted over 80 projects with the main focus on Sustainable Agriculture, Rural Livelihoods, Climate Change, Forest Governance and Pro-Poor Policy Advocacy. SRD has also been a founding member and chair of major local networks, including VNGO&CC and VNGO-FLEGT, and an active member of many other local/regional networks and policy forums. We are currently implementing the project "Together We Can (VM075)" funded by Caritas Australia. We are seeking 01 Vietnamese candidate for the Program Officer position.

The selected candidate will work in Hue City and can travel to the project area of SRD upon request.

Benefits and Allowances:

Salary and other benefits will be negotiated depending on qualifications and competitiveness, as well as agreement from both sides within the organization remuneration system.
