Trang started working for SRD as an intern in July 2010, and was promoted to an administration assistant in September thanks to her hard work during her probation period. She holds a bachelor's degree in Tourism Culture from the Hanoi University of Culture.
Her most significant job experiences included volunteering for the WWF for two months where she supported the "green restaurant" campaign. She's well trained in various aspects of SRD's work, as she's attended several workshops including:
• Capacity Building for Vietnamese Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) on Aid Effectiveness", Hanoi, from 19-20/10/2010
• Workshop on Food Security in Vietnam on 3/3/2010
• "RIO for People", Hanoi from 4-7/6/2012
• Southeast Asia Consultation on Development, Access to Justice and Human Rights of Indigenous Women, Chiangmai, Thailand from 30/10-2/11/2012
