Le started working for SRD on September 29th, 2009, and holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Ethnology from the University of Social Science and Humanities. She considers herself an expert in supporting community-based organizations to build up livelihood plans and mainstream their contribution to socio-economic development plans. Her previous employment at the Centre for Public Health and Community Development included supporting local staff to apply participation methods at the grass-roots level for village plan development. .
Also, she attended the "Free, Prior, Inform, Consent" training course organized by The Center for People and Forests (RECOFTC) in Indonesia to further her knowledge of grassroots capacity building.
