An started working for SRD in February 2011. She came to SRD with eight years of experience in the management, assessment and evaluation of development projects, which included two years as a program manager at World Vision Vietnam. She also has knowledge in the design and delivery of trainings and coaching on participatory rural appraisals, participatory project monitoring and evaluation, and sustainable livelihoods development. She holds a Master's degreee from Tamil Nadu Agriculture University in India and considers livelihood development as her area of expertise.
