Ha started working at SRD as a senior accountant on February 17th, 2014. She has nearly ten years of experience working as an accountant for some projects organized through partnerships between Vietnam's government and international organizations including the "Beyond WTO program" funded by the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) (later called the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Australia (DFAT)) and the UK Department for International Development (DFID) and a joint project between the Commission for Population, Family and Children and The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Business Administration from National Economics University.
Ha's knowledge in accounting has also been enhanced through a wide range of training courses, including:
• Training for Chief Accountant, National Economics University;
• Tendering Management, Ministry of Planning and Investment;
• Project Cycle Management, AICTV Vietnam;
• Training on Administrative Procedure, Commission for Population , Family and Children and The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF);
• Results Oriented Project Planning and Management, organized by the Commission for Family and Children, The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), and The United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
