Provincial Livelihood Officer in Nam Dinh province

Thuan started working at SRD in February 2014 as a Provincial Livelihood Officer in Nam Dinh province for Vietnam Forests and Deltas project – a USAID-funded project, which are implemented by Winrock International and its consortium of partners including SRD.

Thuan has 8 years of experience working for international and local non-governmental organizations, which has given him expertise in management and conservation of natural resources, community capacity building and developing sustainable rural livelihoods in the context of climate change. In addition, he has 5-years experience in managing and coordinating projects.

Thuan obtained a Master’s degree in Natural Resource Studies from the University of Queensland, Australia (2012). He aslo attended some trainings organized by the University of Queensland such as Community and Environment, Environmental Markets and Emission Trading.
