Phong became a part of the SRD family on May 2, 2013. She graduated from the Hanoi Water Resources University, and is an engineer of water supply and sewage management. She’s an expert on agriculture, water supply and Sewerage, and also has pervious carrier experience working with ethnic minorities to develop sustainable livelihoods.
