Communications Manager

Mr Dung will start full time as SRD’s communications manager on April 1, 2014. He’s graduated from La Trobe University, Australia  with a Master of Business Administration. He also holds a Bachelor of Art in Foreign Economics and in English from the  Vietnam National University, Hanoi and the Hanoi University of Foreign Languages respectively.

With diverse job experience, he has enriched his expertise in communications field, including: developing communication strategy for programs/projects, organizing communication events, working with media networks, creating communications materials, conducting trainings and surveys, building/maintaining relationships, building partner capacity, and project management (including monitoring & evaluation). This experience comes form his employment as a Senior Training, Communication & Outreach Specialist at Population Services International in Vietnam, as the head of Training and Communication Division for the Institute of Social and Medical Studies, as an Integrated Behavior Change Communication Coordinator at Population Service International, Funding and Fundraising Officer at ActionAid Vietnam, as a Child Protection Program Officer for Save The Children UK in Vietnam, and as a Grant Program Officer for Plan International Viet Nam.
