On December 9, the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations organized the Meeting 2021 for Cooperation and Development with the theme: "Science and technology organizations overcome challenges, transform change the mode of operation, respond to the COVID-19 epidemic, towards sustainable development.” With other Science & Technology organizations, the Centre for Sustainable Rural Development (SRD) is honored to be one of the organizations that have achieved excellent results and have had individuals who make active contributions in 2021, in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, contributing to the development of VUSTA.

Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Vu Thi Bich Hop - Director of SRD Centre on behalf of the group shared the results of projects and programs in strengthening international cooperation and overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic. towards sustainable development. The year 2021 has recorded outstanding achievements of the SRD Centre, typically the role of a member of the Domestic Advisory Group (DAG) in coordination with ministries and agencies to give recommendations, advice, and suggestions. for the implementation of the Trade and Sustainable Development Chapter of the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the European Union (EVFTA).
