Within the framework of the European Aid Volunteers project, from October 11 to 13, 2022, SRD organised the mentoring for 3 Volunteers (TNVs) in Thua Thien Hue province. This is one of the activities designed by the project to support volunteers to gradually familiarize themselves with working conditions in Vietnam, and at the same time to share practical skills and knowledge so that volunteers can have a better understanding of working conditions and enable to master assigned activities.
Participating in this activity, apart from the three volunteers, there are also SRD staff, who have long experience working in the area of development, have many skills and knowledge about the real situation and related regulations to agricultural and forestry production in Vietnam
Through the mentoring activity, volunteers have evaluated the results they have achieved in the past time. They also received comments and sharing to ensure project activities in the future will be implemented effectively and meet the expectations from SRD as well as from the project.
