The training courses were held with the duration of 01 days/course in strict compliance with regulations on prevention and control of the covid 19 pandemic according to Directive 15 of the Government as well as regulations of local authorities.
The training courses increase the awareness of the impacts of climate change on the production and livelihood of local people in Ca Mau province in general and Ca Mau National Park, and Tam Giang PFMB in particular, especially the impact on the vulnerable. In addition, the awareness about the role of mangroves in responding to climate change as well as the role of mangrove protection and natural resource protection in livelihood development has also been enhanced. This would lead to reducing illegal forest exploitation, achieving the project activities. Local people would also be able to improve their capacity to apply climate change adaptation and mitigation measures that will be implemented locally.
