Le Van Son

Mr Le Van Son has 12 years experience working for a range of international organisations including Enfant ét Developpément (EED); CARE International and the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women). Mr Son joined SRD in 2012 as Monitoring and Evaluation Manager.
Mr Son obtained a Masters of Science in Sociology from Hanoi National University in 2005. He has also completed many international training courses on topics including policy advocy, gender mainstreaming, monitoring and evaluation, women's empowerment and project management.
Mr. Son has significant project experience spanning community development, early childhood development; strengthening civil society organizations, people's participation, evidence based advocacy, gender equality and women's empowerment. He has conducted short training courses for project staff and local partners on gender mainstreaming,community participation, parenting, education and women's empowerment along with advocacy events relevant to these areas. He has also contribued to a number of action research projects and gender analysis.
