Tran Ngoc Tue
Graduated from the Economic Engineering faculty of the Hanoi University of Technology in 1986 and held a Post graduate Degree on Business Administration from a cooperative program between the National Economics University and the Hansel Foundation (Germany) in 1998. More than 10 year experiences in planning and finance field in corporate sector and 15 year experiences in finance, audit and program management for INGOs in Vietnam and Asia region. He is currently the Manager of the FLEGT program.
